Dats me! Seating on the white sand, taking pictures of my officemates while they're playing volleyball. This is my third time at the beach this year and so far, this was the nicest beach I've been to...

I am the "fairy" Godmother of 15 beautiful children: Apple, Franchesca, Niño, Anja, Nicole “Niknik”, Francesca, Julian Rain, Tristan Jhan “TJ”, Yohan Kreig, Gerci, Mischa, Dasha, Nash, Samantha Mae, Alyanah Suzanne “Jolens”( I hope tama count ko). Sabi nila it's ok to have many godchildren coz you're automatically included in their prayers . Wow! Dami na nagdadasal for me! Me too, I include all my godchildren in my prayers, hoping that they will grow up to be good Christians. Here are some of my inaanaks. Aren’t they the cutest? Manang mana sa ninang.

Jolens (my bunsong inaanak). Ang batang nakikita ko sa tabi ko pag gising ko sa umaga. The baby who drives all the people in our house crazy when she smiles and giggles.

Nicole, "Niknik" as I fondly call her, is one of the flower girls in my wedding.

TJ is the ring bearer in my wedding. Hindi siya naglakad. His mom walked the aisle carrying him. Super shy!

Sam is 2 yrs old now. She used to cry so hard everytime she sees me (for reasons I don't know...). Ngayon kilala na niya ako. Dami paiiyakin nito paglaki...

Grabe, dati puro debuts lang ang pinupuntahan ko..ngayon puro binyag at kasal na! And here i am still feeling like a kid! Aaahhh. Im sure this wouldn't be a dilemma if magka baby na kami ni Julio… Medyo feeling responsible na and mature na ko siguro non. Can’t wait to say “don’t do this and don’t do that” to my little brat! Haha! Kidding lang! I’ll surely spoil my kid and let him do whatever he/she pleases. Julio will do the disciplining. I’ll be the good mother and he’ll be the bad father. hehehe..

For now the battleplan is to be ageless, neither too old nor too young. I think there shouldn't be any standards when it comes to age, you go through life at your own pace. and maturity should be a personal decision and not just a phase you find yourself in. you have to OWN it, realize it. :) Nye! naging deep tuloy ako....

Im in a CHOCOLATE phase for this week...Phases are crucial in life. It can either become an impediment or a benefit to one's development. As a bonafide foodie, I consider my FOOD PHASES as truly life changing. I take eating seriously. I relish each bite and I eat with my mouth and my heart. Don't laugh, Im SERIOUS as shit. (And yes, poop can be serious...especially when it's called diarrhea.)

Back to food, the way you eat says so much about yourself. Eating is character building.
I used to hate innards, i just can’t seem to stomach the idea that some animal's entrails will make its way into mine! Bleckkk. But then somebody forced me to eat “isaw”. Man the stuff was gooood! I used to be disgusted with lengua, I felt it's like french kissing a cow. But I got experimental in my eating, it’s now one of my favorites. Too much of the character building for me…

On the positive side, i love sweets...so that makes me SWEET! Ok ba effort ko sa analysis? I like spicy food, so that makes me HOT?? Ooohhh... hee hee!

Food Phases. What’s a food phase? It usually lasts for a month, sometimes it can stretch to 3 months..and interlapping of phases are common. It's an addictive cycle, once im fixated on something..uulit-ulitin ko siya hanggang magsawa ako. and by ulit, i mean everyday!! and once im in the mood for something, and im deprived of it..i throw a fit! an actual Food Tantrum! Maraming beses nang uminit ang ulo ko dahil na deprive ako sa cravings ko.. Sorry guys, weak ako..you just dont know what it's like..I cant recall ALL the phases, but here's the rundown of some of my phases...

Cheese bread phase (this was during 2nd year College. Available sa bakery sa fx station ng Meycauayan-Recto sa Mayhaligue)

Hawflakes phase (This was when I was in Kindergarten, We buy it at CVCSupermarket after the mass in Grace Park)

Taho phase (kahit sobrang antok pa sa morning,…. Tahoooo… Bangon si Jap. Kuha baso. Takbo sa magtataho! …with extra sago,please!)

Jelly Ace phase
Tootsie Roll phase
Adong phase (Available sa tindahan ni Manong. Sakit sa ngipin pero sarap!)
Caesar Salad phase (Diet before the wedding)

Maltesers, Hersheys and Twix phase (Pasalubong from relatives working overseases. Hooked na ako eversince. This is true love)

Ricoa Flat Tops and Goya chocolate phase (all throughout grade school and college, pasulpot-sulpot)

Henlin Siopao (Breakfast every morning nung nasa PhilHealth pa ako. Buy ng siopao sa Shaw Blvd. MRT station)
Nissin’s Yakisoba phase (Dinner tuwing over time sa PhilHealth)

Oreo cookies phase (I was dormies with one of my best buddy Marife, kala ko fave din nya Oreo. Lagi kasi ubos dala ko. Yun pala kinakain nung taga kabilang room! Grrr!)
Twin popsie phase (20% more na ngayon! Ginagawa ko siyang breakfast dito sa office)

And last but not the least…

Julius: Sinigang? Nilaga? What do you want?

There are a ton more I’m sure :) My sisters have scolded me for eating just for the sake of munching. As in buong araw lang ako kumakain, nguya ng nguya kahit di naman masarap! I think i have a sickness! Fine, judge me! I admit it! Im a food whore! You know how all these skinny models "pretend" to eat when in front of people and say how they're naturally thin but as soon as they get home it's straight to barf zone..They’ve been living a lie! Shame on you skinny, anorexic models!

Have you seen shows of Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa), Mario Batali (Molto Mario), Nigella Lawson (Nigela Bites) in Lifestyle Netwok? They cook great food. Lots of cheese, butter, meat on their dishes… and they actually EAT them. Sexy ba sila? Noooo! They’re real people and I love them! From this day on, I shall celebrate my love for food. Food makes me happy, it makes me feel so warm in the tummy! FOOD is my FRIEND and i should be proud of this!!!

Fiesta at Peñaranda

Some of my childhood vacations were spent at my parents hometown, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija.

Every Flores de Mayo, my cousins and I used to wake up in the morning to gather sampaguita from my grandma's garden. We made garlans out of it and offer it to Mama Mary in the afternoon.

We used to gather fallen "Kaimito" leaves and use it as play money. haha!

The smell of my grandma's cooking.... The Goto, Palabok, Halo-halo, Mais con yelo... saaaaaarap! all available in the afternoon merienda.

I can't remember the last time I've been to a fiesta in Peñaranda, Yes! It was that long that I can't remember. I took pictures off course. Here are some:

I miss my friends today...

It's 10:24 PM. I'm still here in the office waiting for hubby. Stuck in traffic siya sa EDSA. Lakas ulan kanina. Have nothing to do kaya medyo nostalgic ako... I miss my childhood friends... tagal ko na sila di nakakasama.

Nung teenagers pa kami ang itim itim ko! Pag summer vacation kasi lagi ako nasa labas ng bahay naglalaro ng volleyball. Pag malapit na fiesta gawa kami banderitas hanggang madaling araw... Pag Pabasa pag Mahal na Araw nangangapit bahay naman hanggang madaling araw din...

Nasaan na sila? Kung saan saang lupalop na... Sa friendster ko nalang sila nakikita... Yung iba wala na talagang communication.

Nimsie is married now. Location niya. Everywhere! Last time I checked, Romania.Hirap maka catch up sa where abouts nito!

Ayee is in San Francisco now. Grade 6 palang ako when their family left for the states.

Si Love married na kay Rommel. Si Rommel married na kay Love... sila pala magkakatuluyan!

Si Cheng umaakyat na ng bundok. Si Cheng na di marunong tumawid, hindi kumakain ng lugaw... umaakyat na ng bundok ngayon!

Who wants to travel? Me!!! I wanna go around the world and see places I can only dream about going... Japan, Korea, Egypt, U.S.A, Paris! So many places to see, so little time, no Budget! Grrrr!

At my age of 28, other countries I've visited palang were United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, Hongkong. Wait till I get rich world!!!

Geezzz! I miss doing field works. Libre kasi travel and leisure every weekend. Work ng konti, pasyal ng madami! Haaay... PhilHealth! Thank you sa mga libreng travel. TransCo, give me more field assignments please! If not, more planning sessions out of town nalang!Haha! i miss my friends at PhilHealth. Especially those I got to work in regional audits.

My list of must see places:

Region 1- Manaoag Church, 100 Islands, Beaches at San Fabian. Fort Ilocandia.

Region 2- Callao Caves, Tuguegarao

Region 3- Beach in Aurora, Quezon. Super linis! (Hell nga lang ang travel bago ka makarating doon. Pero kung adventurous ka and feeling mo challenge yung nag da drive ka habang mag landslide e ok puntahan yun...)

Favorite dating place ng mga gusto magpa impress sa nililigawan.Nasa "romantic" mode ka pag nasa tagaytay ka.



You just wanna hug that person beside you while overlooking the Taal Lake. Advice to girls: wag kayo sasama sa Tagaytay sa guy na hindi ninyo type. Baka mapasagot kayo dito... Sabagay, break nyo nalang pagbaba ng Manila :)



Balay Indang at Indang Cavite...Overnyt is at Php. 1900/pax. Inclusive of 3 meals and 2 merienda.



















Region 6-Via Iloilo- destination...Boracay! Also called Bora nowadays, mostly by people who want others to know they're so familiar with the place... Ah! After Boracay, medyo tumaas na standard ko sa pagpunta sa beach. Parang ang dumi na nilang lahat. haha! Wish ko lang ma preserve ang ganda ng Boracay. I've been hearing some bad feedbacks from tourist na rin kasi.








Region 7- Cebu! I've been to Cebu 3 times na. and lahat yun work related travels. The first two was with Philhealth and recently lang last March was with TransCo. Must see ang "Tops", Taoist temple, Magellan's Cross, Sto.Nino Church, Mactan Island...







Region 8-Tacloban City-Sohoton Caves, and don't forget to have your pictures taken at the Mc. Arthur's park...

Region 10- Camiguin Island
Region 11- Samal Island








Affordable beach talaga! Ganda pa! Siguro kung taga Davao ako. Every weekend nasa beach ako...








Region 12- Lake Sebu


CAR- The Summer capital of the Philippines....Baguio.
